Coordinate information/data changes that occur as part of new development, maintenance and enhancements to ensure consistency with the Corporate Information/Data Model. Create processes for capturing and defining information/data, standards, modeling meta models and documentation. Provide information administration guidelines and standards for business requirements analysis and enterprise modeling. Coordinate with development teams and DBAs to ensure creation of physical database and an optimal implementation of the data models/database design. 2. Provide strategic planning and implementation support for Information Management. Lead the development and maintenance of information management standards and conventions (e.g., naming standards, information architecture gates in the IT development projects, etc). Mainstream the Enterprise Information Architecture process standards and good practices for information-centric development processes into the systems development life cycle. Establish procedures to enable tracking and enforcement of information standards.
