Exercise: Architecture Team Operating Model 4:15-4:30 Wrap-up: announcements and items of interest to architect community Agenda Design Note: This agenda is designed to demonstrate how the community could work. We will then work together on the operating model for the community, to build a shared understanding of and commitment to the community direction and operating model.
Admission We will create a "team" of architects committed to working with each other to learn and make a difference to each others personal development, as well as to the global community of architects (through "open source" architecture) and the world (by architecting HelpMatch). This event is free and open to practicing architects in information systems, products, software, solutions, business, etc. The qualification is commitment. You must have a clear intent to maintain a high level of attendance and participate fully in the monthly meetings (with some slow-down expected over the summer months). The objective of this community is to do real work that will enhance our effectiveness as architects. This objective will be undermined if the group meetings become too large.
